It would be fun to do a play on a Martini with a 100% Uvina, or an acholado that had a heavy amount of Uvina, to give a unique spin to a familiar cocktail.
For something tropical, even in a tiki-themed bar, a banana pisco sour using a mosto verde quebranta and a small amount of banana liqueur would be a way to layer banana flavor.
